🎤 Children’s Summer Music Camp: "Music Down In My Soul"
Grades 3–8 | July 13–17 (9 AM – 4 PM) | Fee: $35
A vibrant week blending professional vocal training with classic summer camp fun.

1:1 Coaching: Every camper gets private voice or piano lessons tailored to their skill level.

Choral & Motion: High-energy choir rehearsals, dynamic choreography, and team games.

Grand Finale: A Friday Showcase Concert at 4:00 PM (with an ice cream truck!) that previews our new Fall 2026 Children & Youth Music Academy.

🕊️ Adult Community Summer Choir: "The Beloved Community"
All Adults | July 10–19 (4 Rehearsals + Concert) | Fee: FREE
Honor America’s 250th anniversary through a powerful musical tribute exploring Dr. King’s vision of radical harmony.

Meet Our Staff
About
Cecilia Li
Accompanist
Cecilia Li is a pianist currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance at the University of Maryland, where she also serves as a piano instructor and teaches piano. Originally from China, she earned her Master’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music and her Bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University. She has performed extensively in solo and collaborative settings across the United States and China, and is a prize winner in several international competitions. Her musical interests include collaborative performance, expressive interpretation, and the exploration of stylistic influences across a wide range of repertoire.

Eric B.J Kim
Conductor, Voice Educator
ERIC B.J KIM is a conductor and educator specialized in community building and empowering non-professional voices. As the Founder and Artistic Director of the Seoul Empathy Choir, he has been at the forefront of community music-making, leading eight consecutive summer camps for children and youth since 2018. He is an expert in transforming amateur ensembles into vibrant musical communities, currently leading a collaborative team of 20 staff members dedicated to this mission.
His expertise in growth and engagement is best showcased by his tenure at St. Paul Parish (NJ), where he expanded a vocal studio tenfold, growing it from 4 to 40 students through his unique ability to connect with young singers. Whether working with children or adults, Eric’s approach focuses on removing the fear of judgment, allowing every participant to find their authentic "voice."
Eric holds a Master’s degree in Vocal Pedagogy and Choral Conducting (graduating with distinction) from Westminster Choir College and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Maryland, where he serves as Assistant Conductor of the Chamber Singers and Director of the Maryland Palestrina Choir specializing in early music.
