Team Vision

The Membership Ministry team will promote the gospel of Jesus Christ within the congregation and surrounding community by:

1. Recognizing visitors through pew cards, sign in books, providing welcome bags and ensure follow up within 48 hours of visiting CPC.

2. Identifing potential members by conducting new member/inquiry classes with the pastor. Provide mentors and develop assimilation plan for all new members.

3. Identifying spiritual gifts of all CPC members. Help guide them as they integrate into the church community.

4. Reviewing and maintaining church rolls, in association with the Board of Deacons and Session, in accordance with the Book of Order. Preparing church directories annually.

5. Publicize church events, maintain web site. This includes banners/sign-age, bulletin boards and newsletters

6. Recruit visitor greeters, name tag set up and give out visitor bags
